When You Need God's Strength

Psalm 18:2
The LORD is my rock, and my fortress,
and my deliverer; my God, my strength,
in whom I will trust; my buckler, and
the horn of my salvation, and my
high tower.

Psalm 27:1(b)
The LORD is my light and my
salvation; whom shall I fear? the
LORD is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 28:7
The LORD is my strength and my
shield; my heart trusted in him,
and I am helped: therefore my
heart greatly rejoiceth; and with
my song will I praise him.

Psalm 138:3
In the day when I cried thou
answeredst me, and
strengthenedst me with
strength in my soul.

What Jesus Christ Has Done For You!

Look below at what Jesus Christ has done for each person who chooses to trust that Jesus died for their sins and rose from the dead. And this is just a small list!

Romans
10:9 That if thou shalt confess [to God in heaven] with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Jesus Christ's Disciples Did Worship Him!

I have read that some critics are saying that Jesus' disciples never worshiped him. Wrong! That criticism is not what the King James Bible says, and it had been around for hundreds of years before any of the modern man-made 'bibles' were created by money hungry publishers!

Matthew 14:33
Then they that were in the ship [the disciples] came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.

Matthew
28:16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.

28:17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

Luke
24:36  And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

24:51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

24:52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:

24:53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

When doubting Thomas (one of Jesus' original twelve disciples) was able to touch the wounds that Jesus received when he had been nailed to the cross, then Thomas called Jesus his Lord and his God! At that time the Jewish people believed that only God was to be worshiped, so Thomas was worshiping Jesus as God!

John 20:28

And Thomas answered and said unto him [Jesus Christ], My Lord and my God.
