LORD's "still small voice"
speaking to you amidst
the noise of your
hi-tech toys (or the
distraction of texting)
that is never turned
I am God: I will be
exalted among the
heathen, I will be
exalted in the earth.

1 Kings
19:11 And he said, Go
forth, and stand upon
the mount before the
LORD. And, behold,
the LORD passed by,
and a great and strong
wind rent the mountains,
and brake in pieces
the rocks before the
LORD; but the LORD
was not in the wind:
and after the wind an
earthquake; but the
LORD was not in the
earthquake:

earthquake a fire; but
the LORD was not in
the fire: and after the
fire a still small voice.
When Jesus Christ
When Jesus Christ
wanted to pray, he
always went to be alone
and in the quiet (many
times into the
mountains) so he
could be free from
the distraction of
other people and
spend time in quiet
talk with God the
Father in heaven.
How else can we
hear God's 'voice'
unless we get into
a quiet place. If you
do not have such a
place, you could get
earplugs or even
cotton balls!
Matthew 14:23
And when he [Jesus]
had sent the multitudes
away, he went up into
a mountain apart to
pray: and when the
evening was come,
he was there alone.
